Responsibilities include:

Completing resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders Collaborating with providers, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants Responding to changes in resident condition and emergencies Maintaining accurate documentation Building trusting relationships with residents and families Helping create a positive, resident-centered environment What We're Looking For Current Oregon RN license CPR certification Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork A compassionate, dependable, resident-first attitude
