Job Description
Western Pennsylvania opportunity for a Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery. You will join a growing and financially stable healthcare system with 9 hospitals that covers 29 counties in Pennsylvania. This will be an opportunity to run an established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program. $975,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years. Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive. $50,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years. Excellent Medical, Dental, & Vision Package. $10k Relocation Assistance, 40 Hours + 3k Annual CME allowance, 25 days PTO, Malpractice including Tail Coverage, 403(b) Retirement Plan with 4% Employer Match. Post fellowship with 5-7 years of experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery. 2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs, 3 Cardiac Cath Labs 1 hybrid room, 2 other campuses in the system with cath labs. 24/7 Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team, 12-Bed CVICU, Cardiac Rehab Unit.
