A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. RN with 2+ years recent and relevant home care experience, OASIS and Epic experience required
Responsibilities:
Conduct home care visits, including start of care and revisits Manage a caseload of 25-30 visits per week Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Document visits accurately in OASIS and Epic systems Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
