•Beaver Falls, PA Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for infection prevention, wound care, and improving resident outcomes? Beaver Valley Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Infection Control / Wound Care Nurse to join our clinical leadership team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Infection Control / Wound Care Nurse will oversee the facility's infection prevention and wound care programs while working closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and maintain the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program Monitor, track, and investigate infections and potential outbreaks Ensure infection control practices are followed throughout the facility Provide infection prevention education and training to staff Perform ongoing surveillance and maintain required infection control documentation Complete wound assessments and monitor residents with wounds and skin concerns Develop and update individualized wound treatment plans in collaboration with providers Monitor wound healing and document progress Educate nursing staff on proper wound care, skin integrity, and prevention practices Participate in care plan meetings and clinical reviews as needed Assist with survey readiness and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with the DON, nursing team, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

QUALIFICATIONS
Current Pennsylvania RN license required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Infection prevention and/or wound care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Knowledge of infection prevention practices and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
