Provide compassionate end-of-life care Create and manage care plans Work with doctors and care teams Support patients and their families Manage symptoms and ensure comfort Keep clear and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Active RN license (PA) At least 1 year of home care nursing experience Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and critical thinking Reliable transportation and insurance
