11:00PM - 7:00AM Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately. Supervise nursing assistants and support staff. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote the best possible outcomes for residents. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Long-term care experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and clinical skills. Commitment to providing excellent resident-centered care.
