Overview We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist or Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team. This role involves supporting surgical procedures across various specialties, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert technical assistance and adherence to safety protocols. This per diem position offers a flexible schedule in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess extensive OR experience, critical care knowledge, and a strong commitment to infection control and patient care excellence. Position Details Per diem/as-needed scheduling Monday through Friday only Varying start times based on surgical schedule No nights, no weekends, no holidays No on-call responsibilities Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields Assist surgeons and clinical staff during procedures Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies Support patient safety and infection prevention standards Maintain compliance with ASC policies and regulatory requirements Assist sterile processing department as needed Qualifications Previous surgical scrub experience required Surgical Technologist certification required Registered nurse with scrub experience also considered Orthopedic, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and general surgery experience preferred Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Join a collaborative surgical team committed to high-quality patient care in a positive work-life balance environment!
