Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, and delivers patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. They coordinate care activities, perform assessments, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams is essential to meet patient needs and promote optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete assessments aligning with scope of practice and standards. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including education and discharge planning. Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly. Collaborate proactively with healthcare team members to resolve patient issues. Participate in evidence-based practice and unit decision-making. Engage in quality and safety initiatives to improve care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program is required. The role demands strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies. Experience in a clinical environment and knowledge of nursing standards are essential.
