Firely Pediatric Services is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide skilled nursing support for a newly 21-year-old female with a mild intellectual disability and seizure disorder. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing 1:1 support in the community . The nurse will accompany her from her home in Blue Bell to her office job in Newtown , providing nursing care and supervision throughout the workday.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Consistent daytime hours

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care and supervision during the workday Monitor for and respond to seizure activity Provide appropriate post-ictal care Assist with safe ambulation and mobility Provide supervision and assistance with ADLs as needed Accompany client during transportation between home and workplace Promote safety, independence, and participation in her daily routine

Qualifications:

PA Licensed LPN or RN Current CPR certification Pediatric or complex-care experience preferred Seizure-management experience preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel with the client
