Current Secret/T3 eligibility required Position Summary Cetechs is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide onsite occupational health, minor medical care, and emergency response services supporting personnel at a secure federal facility in Boyers, Pennsylvania. The RN will staff an onsite nurse station and provide walk-in assessment and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, first aid and emergency response, medical record management, health monitoring, and related employee health services. Responsibilities Assess and treat minor workplace illnesses and injuries. Provide first aid and CPR/emergency response until EMS arrives. Evaluate patients and make appropriate referrals for additional medical treatment. Monitor blood pressure and blood glucose. Assist with prescribed injections as authorized. Administer/provide approved OTC and emergency medications. Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient medical records. Maintain first-aid and emergency medical supplies. Assist with lactation support services. Participate in facility emergency planning as requested. Maintain nurse station readiness. Conduct patient/customer service surveys. Prepare utilization information and reports. Follow all DCSA security, privacy, safety and facility requirements. Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license qualifying the individual to practice in Pennsylvania . Current CPR/BLS certification appropriate for emergency response responsibilities. Experience providing clinical nursing, occupational health, urgent care, emergency, ambulatory or similar healthcare services. Ability to independently assess and respond to minor illnesses, injuries and medical emergencies. Knowledge of HIPAA and medical record requirements. Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Boyers, PA. U.S. person as required by the contract. Current Secret security eligibility / favorably adjudicated T3 or T3R required. Must be eligible for unescorted access to the government facility. Must successfully complete required DCSA security and facility training. Preferred Occupational health nursing experience. Federal or DoD facility experience. Emergency/urgent care experience. Experience working independently in an employee health or nurse-station setting.
