Join Our TeamAre you passionate about helping others through challenging times? Join our dedicated team at The Lodge, a unique Crisis Residential Program offering adults in acute behavioral health crisis a safe, home-like environment to begin their recovery journey. As a Registered Nurse, youll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and therapeutic support in a dynamic and enriching setting. We currently have part-time hours available, Saturday and Sunday from 7am
Significant shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts403(b) Retirement Plan What You BringActive RN license in Pennsylvania (or multistate compact license)Minimum 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settingsFamiliarity with crisis services and psychotropic medicationsExperience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation) Your RoleConduct comprehensive medical evaluations within 24 hours of client admissionMonitor and manage psychiatric and medical symptoms and medicationsProvide therapeutic support and de-escalation during crisesCoordinate care with medical providers, families, and support systemsEducate clients on physical and mental health conditionsDocument all assessments, treatments, and care coordination activitiesMaintain vigilance to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents About Lenape Valley FoundationSince 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
