In this position you will be responsible for management of clinical issues for patients under the guidance of the physician and medical team and assist in the office. In this role you will review labs and imaging with physician, refill medications and scripts, answer the clinical phone lines and patient portal, communicate to patients and families updates regarding the plan of care, oversee triage team, start referrals, prior authorizations, administer vaccines and all other clinical duties assigned by your supervisor. In the role you will also oversee the preventative wellness program and guide patients regarding need for testing and follow up.
