Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility As an RN, you'll play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes to the physician and care team Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Document all care provided and ensure timely, accurate charting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions Educate residents and families on health care needs and treatment plans

Qualifications :
