Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care by developing and implementing care plans, applying nursing theories and techniques, assessing medications for effectiveness, and delivering services such as wound care, medication administration, and new admissions/start of care. Required Qualifications forHome Health RN:
Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania 1+ years of clinical experience as an RN Experience with IVs, Wound Care, and Disease Management (diabetes, CHF, liver disease, COPD) Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
