Requirements/Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN/LPN) Current/active license MDS coordinator certification Clinical Experience in a nursing facility Demonstrated clinical assessment skills Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
