Key Qualifications:

Valid RN licensure with the state (required) At least 3 years of prior experience working in pediatrics, ideally within a school or similar environment Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred Ability to work independently overnight, responding to routine and emergency health needs with calm and competence Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with families, faculty, and daytime healthcare staff

Core Responsibilities:

Provide overnight healthcare to students, managing medications, treatments, and urgent medical issues as they arise Conduct health assessments and implement care plans as directed Maintain accurate health records and collaborate on documentation for student care Ensure compliance with all school, state, and federal health regulations Communicate any notable overnight incidents to the nursing team and school administration This assignment offers a stable schedule with 40 hours per week and the unique experience of working in a specialized educational environment.
