Manager - Capital Markets - Pipeline Management

Overview Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Report Pipeline Manager to oversee and manage the pipeline of the Capital Markets group. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and extensive experience in pipeline management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management:

Oversee the entire order pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate processing of reports.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of analysts and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain rigorous QC processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of property reports.

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with multiple vendors to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of property data.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Reporting:

Generate and present regular pipeline status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the pipeline promptly to maintain smooth operations.

Compliance:

Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipeline management, preferably in the property or real estate sector.

Leadership:

Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a high-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in pipeline management software and tools (e.g., FileZilla, SFTP).

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Communication:
