7a-3p || 3p-11p || 1-8 Weekend Days per month Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. This role involves working in various settings, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and internal medicine departments, where you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across different age groups. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform gastric lavage and assist with procedures requiring specialized skills. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Provide health coaching to patients and their families, promoting wellness and preventive care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in medical-surgical settings. Assist in the administration of botulinum toxin treatments under physician supervision. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress. Experience A valid Registered Nurse license is required. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and health coaching techniques is essential. Experience in internal medicine or medical-surgical nursing is highly desirable. Proficiency in using medical equipment, including neonatal ventilators, is a plus.
