Job Description

Make a Difference in Childrens Lives as a Registered Nurse or LPN at Adelphoi!

Adelphoi is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN for our Ebensburg, PA location. This is a daylight, MondayFriday position with some flexibility in hours required.

Travel approximately 10%, travelling monthly between four Adelphoi locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce policies related to Medication Management.

Train staff monthly in Oral/Non-Oral Medication Administration and Adelphois Health Policy.

Maintain staff medication administration recertification.

Educate clients, staff, and families on disease processes, medications, and treatments.

Conduct audits for Medication Cart and Infection Control Surveillance and Prevention.

Oversee medication management for youth in group living settings.

Triage, assess, and treat chronic and acute medical needs of youth.

Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed interventions.

Perform health assessments and provide recommendations.

Complete required reports and nurses notes promptly.

Intervene in crisis situations and maintain certification in Safe Crisis Management.

Travel monthly to three locations outside of
Ebensburg:
Hollidaysburg, Duncansville, and Williamsport (10% travel; mileage reimbursement provided).Participate in on-call rotation for medical triage (stipend and flex time provided).Other related duties as assigned.

Participate monthly in our medication committee, helping to steer policy and med related changes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor or Associate of Science in Nursing (BSN or ADN) required for RN or appropriate certification for
LPN Experience:
12 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in youth or psychiatric care settings.
Licensure:
current RN license valid in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required for
RNPay Ranges:
RN:
$62500 - $65000
