Schedule:
3 x 12-hour rotating shifts
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality care to patients on telemetry units, closely monitoring heart rhythms and reporting abnormalities. Work collaboratively with medical teams to implement individualized care plans. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to facility protocols. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care. Uphold all facility and regulatory safety standards.
Qualifications:
Current PA Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73 clearances (all required) Minimum of two years RN experience in telemetry nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
