Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Nurse Injector to join our vibrant medical spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic injections, including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Your expertise will enhance our clients' confidence while providing exceptional customer service in a lively, professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical skills with retail sales and social media management to promote our services and grow our client base. Duties Perform cosmetic injections such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and safety, following all medical protocols and sanitation standards Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and deliver personalized treatment plans in conjunction with providers Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, client records, and treatment outcomes using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms Educate clients on post-treatment care, product benefits, and available services to enhance their experience and satisfaction Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, promoting special offers, and responding to client inquiries to boost brand visibility Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment Support retail sales through product demos, upselling treatments, and recommending skincare or beauty products aligned with client needs Uphold sanitation standards by maintaining a clean treatment area, sterilizing equipment, and following health regulations at all times Requirements Valid nursing license with specialized training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox certification or equivalent) Proven experience performing botulinum toxin treatments and dermal filler injections in a med spa or similar setting- minimum 2 years Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships Experience with social media management tools for marketing purposes Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
