Job Description
UPMC Hillman Cancer Center | Mechanicsburg & Harrisburg, PA UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a dynamic Clinician (RN) to lead our dedicated team of Nurse Navigators across our Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg locations. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll spend time at both sites, partnering with caregivers to promote excellence in patient-centered cancer care while helping to standardize navigation practices across the region. As a trusted resource and mentor, you'll guide and support Nurse Navigators, foster collaboration, and help ensure patients receive seamless care throughout their cancer journey. This position requires travel between our Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg offices, with approximately 50% of your time spent at each location. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring operational success by supporting navigation staff coverage when needed. You'll also contribute to staff development through coaching, onboarding, training, and performance support while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence. We're seeking an experienced registered nurse with a strong background in oncology, nurse navigation, care coordination, or complex patient care management.
