5-hour shift Consistent, ongoing schedule We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one care for a client in Ephrata. The ideal candidate is patient, responsible, and comfortable providing care in a home and community setting. This position will require accompanying the client to school , so the ability to provide attentive care while supporting the client in a school environment is important. Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, one-on-one nursing care Accompany and support the client at school Monitor the client's needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions Assist with activities of daily living as needed Follow the client's individualized plan of care Communicate effectively with the family and care team Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Promote the client's safety, comfort, and independence Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a care team Comfortable accompanying a client in a school setting Prior pediatric, private-duty, or one-on-one nursing experience is a plus What We Offer Consistent daytime schedule Long-term, one-on-one client care Opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the client and family Supportive care environment If you are a caring LPN or RN looking for a consistent schedule and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client's life, we would love to hear from you!
