Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility) Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience BLS and ACLS certification required Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for various surgical procedures Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver patient care throughout the surgical process Ensure operating suite readiness by verifying supplies and equipment Monitor and document patient status before, during, and after surgery Maintain sterile technique and safety protocols Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
