Job Description

Helping Hand Nurse, LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for our home health patients. Helping Hand Nurse is a home health care agency. We provide nonmedical and medical services. PTO Responsibilities:
The Director of Nursing oversees all patient care services, clinical personnel, and the financial performance of the agency. They will also help hire, evaluate, and term personnel. Ensure that coordination of care and documentation occurs between staff and patient/family/representative and facility and other outside agencies. Complete OASIS start of cares and recertifications Oversee the Agency's ongoing Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Investigate, resolves and report any problem relating to patient care and employee well- being. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations, Conditions of Participation, licensure laws and accrediting body regulations so that the organization is in compliance with accepted standards of practice. Must drive and be comfortable visiting patients in the home to coordinate care sometimes as well as working in an office setting
