Administer medications and maintain accurate electronic medication administration records (eMAR). Identify early signs of psychiatric relapse, medication side effects, and medical concerns. Coordinate physical and behavioral healthcare with psychiatrists, physicians, and community providers. Develop, document, and support individualized recovery plans focused on resident strengths and goals. Complete nursing assessments, physicals, and required clinical documentation. Provide education on medication management, wellness, and healthy living. Assist residents with scheduling and attending medical appointments as needed. Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations. Ensure compliance with licensing standards, Joint Commission requirements, and organizational policies. Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License Current CPR/First Aid Certification Valid Driver's License Ability to obtain and maintain Act 33/34 Clearances FBI Clearance when required Completion of all required licensure and regulatory trainings Successful completion of Physical, TB Test, and Hepatitis B Titer requirementsPreferred:
Experience working in Behavioral Health Experience working with Forensic, Criminal Justice, or Long-Term Residential populations Schedule Part-Time, Overnight 11pm - 7am, 2-3 shifts per week Flexible scheduling based on program needs Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required Schedule subject to change based on operational needs On-call responsibilities may be required as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and assist residents as needed Ability to safely push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive motions Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
