KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct nursing care to residents Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily nursing activities Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in care plan development Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality resident care

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Current and valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care Dependability and excellent customer service skills
