Rotating Shifts Qualifications:
Current RN license in Pennsylvania Basic Life Support (BLS) certification At least 2 years of recent telemetry or related nursing experience PA Act 31, 33, 34, and 73 compliance BSN preferred
Preferred Experience:
Demonstrated excellence in telemetry or step-down care Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac and telemetry patients, interpreting and responding to vital changes Provide individualized nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes Accurately document patient progress and contribute to care planning
