Role:

Skilled Labor and Delivery RN for a travel assignment, providing comprehensive obstetric patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Assess maternal and fetal health, administer treatments, assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care, interpret fetal monitoring, respond to obstetric emergencies, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams, and document care accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least one year recent L&D experience, valid RN license, current BLS and NRP certifications; preferred certifications include Fetal Monitoring, STABLE, and ACLS. Must possess strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, physical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle equipment and work under pressure.

Key Duties:

Communicate procedures, assist physicians, provide postpartum care, respond to emergencies, perform fetal monitoring, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations.
