A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Provide services to students in the absence or in support of the Certificated School Nurse (CSN). Requirements:
Registered Nurse is preferred due to skill set and training needed. LPN candidates will be considered. Experience in a school setting not required, training available. In most cases, you will be working with another nurse for support throughout the day. As a staff nurse, you will need availability between the hours listed below. Please note, you may be required with prior notice to come in prior to your shift start and stay for a short period of time after your shift should student needs dictate need. Schedule - 7:00 AM to 3:00
PM Compensation:
If you are an LPN, then the starting rate will be $26.01. If you are a RN, then your starting rate will be $30.35.
