Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Long-term care experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care. Open Interviews Monday
