Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Experience in rehab, long-term care, and/or medical-surgical nursing Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Compassionate approach towards patients and families

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care to individuals in both rehabilitation/long-term care and med-surg units Administer medications, perform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and take appropriate action Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members to ensure optimal care Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Maintain accurate records and comply with facility policies and regulations
