In this contract position near Irwin, PA, you'll use your clinical expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of blind students. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 5, with hours scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

What We're Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license BLS certification required Active Pennsylvania clearances Previous experience in school nursing or with students (highly valued) Eagerness to work with blind or visually impaired students Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and support to blind students in a school-based setting Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support individual health plans Administer medications, manage chronic and acute health conditions, and respond to emergencies calmly and professionally Document all care and maintain accurate student health records Promote health education and wellness within the school community
