Job Duties :
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to NICU patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Utilize clinical decision support tools and patient care technology. Provide family-centered education and support.
