As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated RN Supervisors to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. Edenbrook Second Ave is currently seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for our Weekend Baylor Program. Work 2 days, get 5 days off! Work for only 32 hours and get paid for 40! Plus, enjoy a sign on bonus of $10,000! This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to work extra hours while having the flexibility and potential to pick up extra hours or work another job on the side. Full-time Weekend Doubles, Saturday and Sunday, 7am
  • 11pm (40 hours paid) with $10,000 SIGN
ON BONUS
(50% at 90 days / 50% at 6 months) Other available shifts (no sign on bonus): Full-time with Every Other Weekend and Holidays, 3pm

  • 3pm Part-time Weekend, 3pm

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines. Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights. Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Collaborate as a key member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.
Education and Experience:
Active nursing licensure is required. Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program. A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred. Familiarity with state Survey Rules Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid. Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment. Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a strong plus.
