As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. About the
Role:
As a RN Registered Nurse at Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and fostering a supportive environment for our residents and their families. You will work closely with our licensed therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible outcomes. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will prioritize respect, empathy, and compassion in all interactions, building strong relationships with our residents and their loved ones.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective care Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
