Compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time / Contract / Day Shift Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with pediatric experience and specialized skills in trach and G-tube care (NICU/ICU preferred) to join our team at a pediatric center in Lancaster. Several openings are available. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, specialized pediatric care to patients with unique medical needs. Manage and maintain tracheostomy (trach) and gastrostomy (G-tube) care. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to clinical changes. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Comply with HIPPA standards and regulations for patient confidentiality. Proficiency in traditional paper charting and manual documentation. Looking for a natural collaborator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to jump in wherever needed across different team functions. QualificationsRequirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Professional experience in pediatric nursing. Specialized clinical skills in trach and G-tube care. NICU or ICU clinical background strongly preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification and a deep commitment to patient safety. Patient and caring attitude. Experience with home health pediatrics transfers well.
