Role Overview:

This position is for a Graduate RN responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction. Perform assessments within scope of practice and coordinate care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning. Deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluating intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs proactively. Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives, working towards unit and organizational goals. Engage in professional development, mentorship, and community involvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
