Position Description Summary Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania invites applications for temporary faculty positions (full-time one semester, part-time one semester or part-time academic year) as needs arise in the Department of Graduate Nursing, within the School of Nursing https://www.bloomu.edu/academics/programs/nursing-msn Duties Based on the specific needs of the department at the time of appointment, a successful applicant must be qualified to teach graduate level core courses at the MSN level and/or doctoral (DNP) level. Teaching assignment will depend on the needs of the department and the specialty of the applicant. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education requirement: Doctoral (DNP)

Courses:

Doctoral degree required (PhD/ DNP). Nurse Anesthetist applicants must hold a CRNA certification. Graduate (clinical/didactic)

Courses:

MSN or graduate degree in pertinent subject area; expertise in area of instruction. Nurse Practitioner applicants must have Advanced Practice certification. Academic/professional specialization in the fields of: Nursing education, primary care nurse practitioner, nursing administration, public health nurse, nurse anesthetist or nursing informatics
