Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license eligibility) Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred Exceptional assessment, triage, and communication skills Ability to rapidly adapt to new clinical settings and protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute medical needs Accurately assess, prioritize, and triage incoming patients Quickly and effectively execute physician orders and emergency interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care Document clinical findings and interventions promptly and thoroughly
