Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for: Providing individualized nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals

Educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management

Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 years of experience in a nursing facility setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) schedule

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
