Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being. Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily nursing activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Current and valid Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Strong ability to perform physical tasks typically associated with nursing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
