Job Description
We are seeking compassionate, dependable nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric home care for patients in supportive family environments.
NORRISTOWN, PA
•7-YEAR-OLD
FEMALE NIGHT SHIFT
Monday
•Sunday | 8 Hours Developmental delays Seizure disorder G-tube dependent with feedings WIC dependent
EAST NORRITON, PA
•14-YEAR-OLD
FEMALE DAY SHIFT
Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | 9 Hours
NIGHT SHIFT
Every Other Saturday | 9 Hours Trisomy 18 G/J tube Controlled seizure disorder Non-ambulatory and nonverbal Uses Rifton chair, stander or bed Attends school and enjoys music and books
WHAT WE OFFER
$30
•40/hour based on experience Full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities Consistent schedules Training provided for the skills needed for each case Ongoing clinical support 1:1 patient care with no facility ratios Supportive family and home environments

REQUIREMENTS
Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license Compassionate, dependable and attentive Willingness to learn and provide high-quality pediatric care Ability to work independently while communicating with the clinical team
