Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts / 36 hours per week Rotating schedule, primarily 7a-7p (AM/PM) Weekend shifts required On-call standby of approximately 24 hours per month by discussion

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania BSN preferred Minimum of 2 years nursing experience Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Completion of PA Act 31, 33, 34, 73 Familiarity with

EPIC EMR

preferred Mental health/psychiatric experience highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing support within the Crisis Residential Unit Complete assessments for patient admissions Administer medications and carry out med orders Maintain safety protocols for patients and staff Collaborate and communicate with patients and the treatment team Report directly to the Nurse Manager and operate with clinical independence and flexibility Exhibit strong clinical judgment
