We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector who combines technical skill and clinical judgment with the ability to educate, guide, and build lasting client relationships. At Relive, a great aesthetic consultation is not simply asking a client what they want injected. It is understanding their skin health, facial anatomy, goals, concerns, treatment history, expectations, and what they are ultimately trying to achieve. Our injector should be able to give clients confidence not only in the treatment itself, but in understanding where they are today, where they want to go, and the path to getting there.
Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, in accordance with established protocols, medical oversight, and scope of practice Lead comprehensive aesthetic consultations that assess skin health, facial anatomy, client goals, concerns, history, and expectations Educate clients on appropriate treatment options and help them understand why a requested service may or may not be the right next step for their individual goals Develop thoughtful, individualized aesthetic plans that consider treatment sequencing, maintenance, skin health, regenerative options, and long-term outcomes Deliver safe, precise treatments with a focus on balanced, natural-looking results Educate clients on treatment expectations, risks, aftercare, and follow-up Build long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, education, and continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold HIPAA, infection-control, and safety standards Collaborate with providers, aestheticians, Client Advocates, and the broader Relive team to create a connected client experience Understand Relive's broader health, wellness, and regenerative services and recognize opportunities for appropriate education and clinical handoff or collaboration with team members Participate in ongoing clinical education, hands-on training, case discussion, and professional development
What We're Looking For:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Formal training in neurotoxin and dermal filler administration 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience preferred Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection techniques Strong aesthetic assessment and consultation skills Ability to educate clients clearly, set realistic expectations, and confidently guide treatment conversations Sound clinical judgment with close attention to detail and client safety Ability to work independently within scope while collaborating closely with the medical team Commitment to continued learning and advancing clinical skills Professional, personable, and comfortable working with team members in a client-focused environment Experience with regenerative aesthetics, including biostimulators and PRP/PRF, with familiarity or interest in emerging regenerative aesthetic technologies, is a plus.
