Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Oil City Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to address their physical, emotional, and social needs Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
