Job Description

OVERVIEW

Best Impression Medical Spa and Laser Center is opening a second location in Paoli, PA and is hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN or PA-C) to help launch it and grow into a lead clinical role as the location scales. You will work under the direct oversight of our Medical Director, a board-certified plastic surgeon, administering neurotoxin (Botox) and dermal filler treatments in a brand-new, professionally built-out suite, alongside our Blue Bell-trained injector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler injections per physician-delegated protocols and written standing orders. Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and aftercare education. Recognize and respond to rare treatment complications per our written clinical protocols for vascular occlusion and anaphylaxis (full training provided). Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our practice management system. Collaborate with front desk and aesthetics staff to deliver a seamless patient experience, and help build patient volume as a face of our new location.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Pennsylvania RN license or PA-C certification. Established injectable aesthetic experience strongly preferred - we're looking for someone who can help build and lead our Paoli injectable practice. Comfortable working independently and growing a book of business in a small, fast-growing practice. Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Flexible schedule - start at 2 to 3 days per week with the opportunity to grow into more days, up to full-time, as the Paoli location's patient volume builds.

Best Impression Medical Spa and Laser Center has served the Blue Bell, PA community for years under the medical direction of a board-certified plastic surgeon. We are expanding to Paoli in 2026 and building our second location's team from the ground up.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
