This is not a typical RN position. I'm looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thinking critically, and helping keep the day running smoothly so I can focus on providing exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Triage patient text messages and determine which concerns can be handled directly versus which require an appointment. Help manage and optimize the daily schedule to create a balanced patient flow. Coordinate appointments and communicate with patients. Perform in-office blood draws and other basic clinical tasks. Assist with prior authorizations, medication refill requests, and other clinical coordination. Prepare for upcoming patient visits and help keep the office running efficiently. Work closely with me throughout the day as my clinical partner. Who You Are Licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. Comfortable working independently and making thoughtful decisions. Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Friendly, warm, and enjoys creating a personalized patient experience. Experience in primary care, family medicine, concierge medicine, or ambulatory care is preferred.
