Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in pediatric nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred Prior experience in a school or similar setting is desirable Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong assessment, triage, and clinical documentation skills Ability to work independently and provide compassionate care in an overnight setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate medical care and respond to the unique healthcare needs of students overnight Administer medications and provide routine treatments in accordance with physician orders Provide support for medical emergencies and communicate effectively with guardians and on-call staff when necessary Maintain accurate and thorough health records and incident reports Collaborate closely with school staff to ensure a safe learning environment for all students Engage in hygienic and infection-control protocols, contributing to a healthy campus community This position allows you to create a safe and supportive space while developing close working relationships with students and staff in a specialized school setting.
