Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care in a long-term care skilled nursing facility. The RN provides professional nursing care and treatment services according to state and federal regulations, and facility standards.Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care:
Plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans based on nursing and gerontological practice standards.Medication Management:
Administer medications, record doses, and ensure the security and proper documentation of controlled drugs.Assessment & Monitoring:
Perform physical exams, obtain health histories and vital signs, monitor residents' physical and mental health status, and observe for signs of deterioration or improvement.Job Requirements:
At least 1 year RN experience. Active PA RN License Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferably from AHA) Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 Who We Are?
